Silent sessions at Fire & Ice Wellness, Westbury Wildlife Park
The perfect way to fully switch off and enjoy the natural rhythm of hot and cold without distraction.
These quiet sessions in the sauna, and hushed sessions on the rest of the site give you space to reflect, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself – a calming reset for both body and mind.
Book in every Wednesday at Westbury Wildlife Park at 7pm.

How to book the whole site (up to 16 people at Westbury, or 14 at Old Down):

Ensure you have chosen an empty session (0/14 or 0/12 participants)

How to book a single sauna at Westbury Wildlife Park (up to 8 people):

Find your perfect time and date using our calendar

Ensure you have chosen a session with at least 7 spaces (we sometimes cap sessions at 7, for private sessions we allow you to bring 8 people)

Choose the maximum number of participants even if you have fewer people attending (up to 7, 8)

Enter the code PRIVATE7 (7 people) or PRIVATE8 (8 people) at the checkout for accurate pricing

Select an option below to lock in your sauna & swim session - whether thats for some alone time, a silent session, a catch-up with a few friends, or to take over the whole site for an hour or two.
Please note, at Fire & Ice Westbury-on-Trym, if you're booking only Riverside or Woodland you'll have private access to one of our saunas, but there may be other guests using the rest of the site. For total privacy, please book the whole site.
