Can I reserve the sauna for private use?Yes, you can! We offer exclusive use of a single sauna (max 8-person capacity) or the whole site for £120 To make a booking, check our availability for 8 people, choose your session and use code PRIVATEHIRE at checkout. For availability please start a live chat with us or complete the form on the home page.

Are children allowed at the sauna?At present, for insurance purposes, the minimum age is 18.

Do you have parking facilities?Yes. There are parking spaces available just off Trym Rd.

What shall I bring?Please bring swimwear, water, two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself outside) and sauna-appropriate footwear (if you wish). Read our "What to expect" page to get a full overview.

What's your cancellation policy?All bookings can be transferred or refunded up until 24 hours before your session. If you miss this window, you won’t be eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel a session, please click on the link in the email booking confirmation. You do not need to email us. If you do not turn up to your appointment and do not notify us in advance, we are unable to rearrange your booking to another time. As we so often sell out, doing so means we lose out on the cost for running the space, thus we cannot refund or reschedule appointments after the date of the session. Do bear in mind sessions are transferable and can be given to a friend, or we can offer you space to someone who may not be able to afford regular saunas. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How can I buy a ticket for a friend?At the moment, each person who attends the sauna needs to register, sign the waiver and enter ‘next of kin’ information so you can’t buy a ticket for a friend just yet!

What is the water quality of the natural pool?Our plunge pool is filled with fresh, natural spring water that continuously flows into the pond, keeping it clean and refreshing. With a dedicated regeneration zone, there’s no need for chlorine or any other chemicals - just pure, nature-filled goodness.

Can anybody use the sauna and pool?Cold water therapy may not be suitable for those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or pregnancy. If you're unsure, please consult a healthcare professional before your visit.

Do you offer corporate group bookings?Yes. We work with local businesses to support employee wellbeing. Get in touch to discuss group bookings or corporate packages.
